Biden’s new executive orders called far-left, hypocritical

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 1:45 PM PT – Saturday, January 23, 2021

The recent executive actions taken by Joe Biden are coming under immense scrutiny.

In a video posted to Twitter Friday, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla. took aim at Biden’s latest executive orders by accusing him of catering to a far-left agenda.

Rubio said Biden talks like a centrist, citing his constant talk of unity, but governs like someone from the far-left. The Florida lawmaker’s video came after Biden signed several executive orders since Inauguration Day.

In fact, within hours of taking the oath of office, Biden signed a total of 17 executive actions in a move to quickly undo the legacy of his predecessor.

Rubio further criticized Biden and said the Democrat’s decisions have already put thousands of Americans out of work, so far.

“At the stroke of a pen,” Rubio stated. “He literally put thousands upon thousands of hard-working, blue-collar union members out of work.”

Rubio’ added Biden’s agenda will not be good for the country, for working Americans, or their jobs.

In the meantime, the Biden administration is seeking to expand access to abortion.

In a White House statement Friday, the administration threatened to codify current federal abortion laws. This would effectively allow for legal abortions, even if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

Despite Joe Biden’s efforts to protect abortion, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki professed Biden’s Catholic faith.

“Well, I think we’ll have more to say on The Mexico City Policy in the coming days,” Psaki said. “But I will just take the opportunity to remind all of you that he is a devout Catholic and somebody who attends church regularly.”

The Biden administration has also vowed to appoint federal judges that will advocate for similar legislation to Roe v. Wade.

Meanwhile, the GOP is calling out Joe Biden’s decision to have the U.S. rejoin the World Health Organization.

In a tweet Friday, the Republican party claimed that halting the Trump administration’s earlier efforts was “a poor decision.”

The statement went on to allege the WHO downplayed the COVID-19 crisis and supported the Chinese government’s false claims that human-to-human transmission had not been proven.

Biden doesn’t appear to have pandemic plan

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 6:45 AM PT – Saturday, January 23, 2021

Joe Biden is continuing to push through executive orders, but doesn’t seem to be optimistic they will help change the path of the pandemic.

During a press briefing on Friday, Biden painted a grim picture of the coming months.

Many lawmakers are calling the administration’s plans into question, saying state leaders were told these restrictions Democrats pushed on most states were meant to flatten the curve. However, in Biden’s address to the American people, he said it doesn’t appear there is anything the government can do to slow the spread and have things return to normal.
“If we fail to act, there will be a wave of evictions and foreclosures in the coming months as this pandemic grazes on,” Biden stated. “There is nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months.” upload_2021-1-24_2-48-32.png

This came after Biden criticized the Trump administration’s efforts to help Americans all the while promoting his COVID-19 plan during his push for the White House.

Sen. Romney: Costs of Biden’s $1.9T COVID plan are ‘shocking’

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 3:45 PM PT – Sunday, January 24, 2021

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) is criticizing Joe Biden over the “shocking” costs of his proposed $1.9 trillion plan to tackle COVID-19.

In a series of interviews this weekend, Romney said he’s open to discussing Biden’s proposals on COVID relief, but that it’s too early to pass additional spending measures.

“Well, I think at this early stage — just having passed over $900 billion in relief — that before we were to pass a new program we’d need to understand where the money is going,” Romney said. “[Is it going] to these individuals or entities that really need the help?”

Romney added any coronavirus stimulus must help people who actually lost their jobs and incomes due to COVID lockdowns.

“I’m open to that discussion, I wanna hear what the White House has to say, but at the same time, I think people recognize it’s important that we don’t borrow hundreds of trillions of dollars from the Chinese for things that may not be absolutely necessary,” Romney noted. “This is the time for us to act with prudence and care.”

Romney also highlighted the importance of a bipartisan approach to COVID stimulus despite the years of Democrat obstruction to proposals by President Trump.

Sen. Cotton: China blackmailing Biden with sanctions

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 8:15 AM PT – Sunday, January 24, 2021

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) called out the Chinese Communist Party over their alleged attempt to blackmail the Biden administration. On the Senate floor Friday, Cotton urged Joe Biden to take action against our most persistent adversary.

This came after China issued a slew of sanctions against nearly 30 Trump administration officials, including Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. Cotton noted the sanctions were put in place just moments after Biden took office.

“They’re not bluster. They are another step in China’s long-term campaign to coerce Americans at every level of government and business,” Cotton stated. “They are a direct attack on the independence of U.S. policy toward China and an attempt to blackmail the Biden administration with personal financial ruin in the future if they dare to stand up to the Chinese Communist Party.”

Cotton called on Biden to denounce the “acts of intimidation” and treat them as a day-one assault. He urged the administration to issue sanctions against Chinese officials who are responsible for the blackmail efforts.

However, many Republicans have speculated Biden will likely be soft on China, and Beijing even reportedly wanted him to win the 2020 election.

Biden gun policies concern Second Amendment advocates

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 12:33 PM PT – Monday, January 25, 2021

Many gun owners fear the Second Amendment is under attack as Joe Biden looks to make good on gun legislation.

During the 2020 campaign, Biden suggested drastic firearm reform, which included reinstating the “assault weapons ban,” and holding manufacturers “civilly liable for their products.”

He also proposed mandatory registration of some rifles, which would cost up to $200. Noncompliance could earn gun owners ten years in federal prison.

“My first day of office, I’m going to send a bill to the Congress, repealing the liability protection for gun manufacturers, closing the background check loopholes and waiting period that now let too many people slip through the cracks,” Biden stated.

Under the proposed gun plan, firearm applicants would need to submit a 13 page application, complete with their photograph and fingerprints in order to be considered for purchases.

    proposed gun plan
The Biden Plan to End Our Gun Violence Epidemic
Joe Biden knows that gun violence is a public health epidemic. Almost 40,000 people die as a result of firearm injuries every year in the United States, and many more are wounded. Some of these deaths and injuries are the result of mass shootings that make national headlines. Others are the result of daily acts of gun violence or suicides that may not make national headlines, but are just as devastating to the families and communities left behind.

So, the whole point of "gun control" is to stop these gun murders, right?
So, how does an "assault weapon" ban, mandatory registration of weapons, and allowing manufacturers to be sued for the actions of the operator accomplish that?

Reports: Biden to roll back President Trump’s crackdown of China

The Biden administration is reportedly planning to roll back President Trump’s crackdown on malicious Chinese practices.

During a press briefing on Monday, White House spokesperson Jen Psaki said Joe Biden would start a review of President Trump’s policies towards China. This includes the recent delisting of Chinese telecom firms from the New York Stock Exchange for stealing U.S. technology.

Critics speculated Biden would take a softer stance on China due to his corrupt business dealings with Beijing in the past.

Psaki said Biden would take a more comprehensive approach to Chinese relations.

“We’re starting from an approach of patience as it relates to our relationship with China,” Psaki said. “So that means we’re going to have consultations with our allies, we’re going to have consultations with Democrats and Republicans, and we’re going to allow the interagency process to work its way through, to review and assess how we should move forward with our relationship.”

Psaki acknowledged the theft of U.S. technology by China, but she did not provide details on how Biden would counter such practices.

Joe Biden signs EO banning new fracking permits on federal lands, threatens thousands of jobs

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 8:00 PM PT – Wednesday, January 27, 2021

Joe Biden issued an executive order to ban fracking on federal lands. The order was signed Wednesday, which Biden declared as “Climate Change Day.”

In an address, Biden claimed he wants to protect jobs even amid his left-wing climate agenda.

“This is not the time for small measures,” Biden said. “We need to be bold. So let me be clear, that includes revitalizing the economies of coal, oil and gas and powerplant communities. We have to start by creating new good-paying jobs.”

However, it is unclear how the Democrat plans to do that.
Experts said his climate policies have already had a negative impact on the economy by threatening thousands of jobs.

According to Steve Milloy, a former Trump-Pence EPA transition member and founder of junkscience.com, the federal fracking ban could set America behind the curve in terms of energy independence compared to countries like Russia and China.

    upload_2021-1-28_2-8-59.png

“The effects are gonna be felt nationwide because the reason we still have $2, $3 gasoline is because of fracking,” Milloy stated. “If Joe Biden succeeds in getting rid of fracking, we’re gonna have $8 gasoline, $10 gasoline. That’s just gonna be economically devastating.”

This order is just the latest in a string of catastrophic economic decisions Biden enacted as part of his climate agenda. Earlier this month, Biden rescinded the permit for the Keystone XL oil pipeline, which put an estimated 20,000 people out of work.

“It’s a completely pointless loss of jobs, it’s going to cost billions of dollars in well creation, billions of dollars in state and local taxes, and all for no reason,” Milloy added. “Because the oil that he is trying to block from being refined in the U.S. is just gonna come over the border not by pipeline, but by railcar, which is more dangerous.”

On day one of his presidency, Biden reversed President Trump’s decision to pull out of the Paris Climate Accord. President Trump lambasted the agreement for threatening American workers and forcing the U.S. to be less energy independent.

“The Paris Accord was not designed to save the environment, it was designed to kill the American economy,” President Trump said. “I refuse to surrender millions of American jobs and send trillions of American dollars to the world’s worst polluters and environmental offenders and that’s what would have happened.”

Federal judge in Texas stops Biden deportation freeze

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 7:52 AM PT – Wednesday, January 27, 2021

A federal judge in Texas has halted Joe Biden’s 100 day deportation freeze. The court granted Texas a temporary restraining order Tuesday after ruling the Biden administration failed to provide concrete or reasonable justification for the 100 day pause.

The lawsuit was filed against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Friday by the state Attorney General Ken Paxton, who said the order violated federal law and a previous agreement Texas had with the Trump administration. In that agreement, the DHS promised to consult with Texas and provide six-months notice before changing any federal immigration policy.

The Biden administration has already enacted a number of broad changes to President Trump’s immigration rules with the intent of going softer on the southern border. This includes a complete halt of southern border wall construction and a roll-back of President Trump’s rule making anybody illegally living in the U.S. a top priority for immigration authorities.

Experts have said the deportation freeze is especially hurtful to border security because it essentially invites immigrants to try and cross the border illegally.

Analysts expect this lawsuit is likely just the start of a slew of Republican litigation against Biden’s immigration policies. Specifically, Texas’ win opens the door for lawsuits from at least half a dozen other states, which had similar agreements with the DHS to be alerted before undergoing any major immigration policy changes.

Texas Gov. Abbott pushes back against Biden’s climate agenda
    https://www.oann.com/texas-gov-abbott-pushes-back-against-bidens-climate-agenda/
    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 8:10 PM PT – Thursday, January 28, 2021

The governor of Texas is planning to sue the Biden administration over its environmental policies.

During a press conference on Thursday, Gov. Greg Abbott (R-Texas) signed an executive order, which directed all state agencies to legally challenge any federal actions that threaten Texas’ energy sector.

This came a day after Joe Biden took executive action meant to address so-called climate change, which included a federal ban on fracking. Those measures have been criticized for threatening the livelihoods of thousands of American workers.

bbott said Biden’s policies amount to a federal overreach.

“Each state agency should work to identify potential litigation, notice and comment opportunities, and any other means of preventing federal overreach within the law,” Abbott said. “And when they do that, that will arm Texas to be prepared to fight back.”

The governor added Biden’s fracking order does not impact Texas as much as it hurts New Mexico. However, Abbott said legal action by the state is a preventative measure to combat the Democrat’s environmentalist policies in the future.

Dictator Crime boss Biden has spoken:...

Report: Biden pushes 40 presidential actions in first 10 days

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 7:12 PM PT – Friday, January 29, 2021

The Biden administration has imposed a record number of presidential actions. According to reports on Friday, Biden has pushed over 40 executive orders, directives and moratoriums in his first 10 days in office.

    upload_2021-1-30_7-55-30.png

Several of his actions aimed to reverse President Trump’s immigration and climate policies and replace them with his agenda.

The Biden administration has also been trying to push a nearly $2 trillion stimulus package through Congress.

“The notion here is we have to act now. There’s no time for any delay,” Biden stated. “So we can end up with four million fewer jobs this year, according to Moody’s the Wall Street firm, and it could take a year longer to return to full employment if we don’t act and don’t act now.”

Biden is expected to slow down rolling out executive orders next week as he looks to shift gears to tackling the COVID-19 pandemic.

---Just wondering how many of the intended 4 million lost jobs are due to the EO's that Crime boss Biden signed to stop production of many economics policies that Trump enacted or incentivized.
