Fuel the fight for a cancer free SA this Saturday!

Gather your family members, friends or colleagues and enter as a team of 12. The entry fee is R1 000 per team.

 

VANDERBIJLPARK. – Excitement is running high for this year’s Cansa Relay for Life on March 22.The event starts at 12:00 this Saturday at Hoërskool Driehoek’s grounds, at 62 Ramsbottom Street, Vanderbijlpark.

Gather your family members, friends or colleagues and enter as a team of 12. The entry fee is R1 000 per team. To add some flair, teams are encouraged to dress according to their favorite F1 team. Entrance for day visitors is R50 per person, with free entry for kids under 12.

The event offers a fantastic opportunity to donate pre-loved clothes, shoes, and small household items to the Cansa Treasure Box, supporting the Cansa Charity Shop. You can also bring bric-a-brac goodies for the white elephant table. Participating teams are welcome to bring toiletry items to create hampers for Cansa patients.

Enjoy entertainment galore such as live performances by Sean Miles, Vernon Muso, and Jay Gibson. Food stalls, games, scavenger hunts, a hang bar, dive tank, spin the wheel, sport prizes, and a Cansa Shavathon are some of the activities that await you and your family. Please note that no alcohol will be allowed.
