A girl dressed up like a boy really just looks like a "tomboy" or else looks extra sporty. Of course, you might like the really freaky stereotypical dyke with a pickup, mullet, and flannel shirt.

 

It seems to dumb ol me that since about the 1950's all women are cross-dressers, they wear men's shirts and pants, sometimes ties and jackets, but nobody ever thinks of it that way........Oh, they are women's business suits, etc.

At least one professor at a university in I think I remember Georgia, teaches his classes wearing a dress. The school tried to do something, and they compromised. It was a couple of years ago, and I don't really remember all the details.

Any way, he fought back. They wear our clothes, we will wear their clothes.

Now as far as them cross-dressing to pass as a man, the closest I have seen are butch dykes. Some of them really do look like men (or men with tits.) The odd thing is that the other "men with tits" are the ones that want to appear female, and are lauded as Ladyboys, transexuals, trannies, and a few other standard terms.

It would seem that there is a double standard there, or something wierd. Why is it (in general society) OK for women to wear men's clothes but NOT OK for men to go around with a skirt and blouse, or a dress? I think it is just the irrationality of our society mores.
If any has a direct line to God (Like Dr.'s think they do), please relay the message to us.

Yep my panties and gowns. I wore my blue velour gown and a red longhair wig to the grocery store one time at 3AM, and I was never given a 2nd glance, just taken to be a woman. (I just didn't want to get dressed):rose:

And I keep getting taken for a woman when I am dressed in tee shirt and mens shorts or pants, but have long hair, like men can't have long hair, so therefore you must be a woman. Oh hell, I forgot, painted fingernails, you MUST be a woman. (Have only done that for a couple of weeks, because I LIKE it, blue (for boys) of course. Then a woman came up to me and said oh I love your nails where did you get the polish, so I told her.

ZYZX, I totally sympathise. Like you, I have long hair, and I not infrequently paint my nails. When I was a little younger I would frequently be taken for a female. What the hell is so wrong with having long hair and painting your nails? What's wrong with eyeliner?

The world is a crazy place.

Actually a fantasy of mine is where my wife/gf dresses like a man, complete with strap-on, and I dress as a woman, high heels and lipstick and all, and we switch roles. Or we both play women servicing a guy. Or we both play men gangbanging a girl. "Genderfuck" fantasies are so hot.

First thing I thought of when reading this thread was the remix of "What it feels like for a girl" by Paul oakenfold (the original is by Madonna)

Slowly but surely people are having less of a problem with guys in girls clothes, though at the moment they are only up to the really tight jeans made for girls on guys. Maybe down the line in the future you will see guys in skirts and girls in the jeans they already wear.

If I wanted to see a girl dressing up as a guy, I go outside. If I wanted to see a girl dressing in skirts and dresses, well for the most part I am Shit out of luck these days. :|

 

There are also "Female 'Female Impersonaters'". When I was younger I wanted to be one b/c I think Drag Queens are some of the most BEAUTIFUL people on the planet. Plus there's a certain humor to a woman impersonating a man impersonating a woman.

Female "female impersonatoers" are women who dress up like Drag Queens. Some of them are open about what they do and some of them keep their true sex a secret. But there is apparently a large population of women who do this.

 

Absolutely to get away with it you have to wear long hair, so you look the public perception of "a woman"

This thread is so old that when I posted here I still thought I was a guy.

 

These days ALL women are crossdressers. Nearly all are wearing pants.
Many cut their hair very short,and they aren't necessarily dykes either. But there is very real double standard. Let an obviously guy with a beard go out in a skirt and watch the fireworks. Priests and altar boys are exceptions, its ok for them to wear cassocks (dresses).

 

Turn on the TV it's full of women who dress like men.

 

It's not that people don't suspect. It's that people in your neigborhood are polite enough to not stare or ask if your a old queen.
